Ecommerce Manager

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role will manage revenue targets, operational efficiency and project launches. Helmed by Creative Directors Jenny Graham & Toni Spencer, the collections are created using only the finest fabrics and are manufactured primarily in the United States. Work in partnership with Planning, Creative & Retail teams to coordinate seasonal and monthly product marketing strategies Maintain online content calendar to ensure website and messaging is consistent with monthly and seasonal campaigns Own the selling and promotional strategy throughout the site to drive products and trends, including the homepage and digital channels Create consistent and key messaging on-site and through all marketing channels Own CRM efforts to maximize the lifetime value of existing customers, retention and loyalty Manage the homepage and other content areas, optimizing to ensure customer engagement Merchandising/UX Lead a data-driven Merchandising strategy, new category, collection, and product launches on-site Work with the Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to make sure categories are consistently merchandised and updated Liaison between offline and online asset management to ensure accurate file management and usage Site Improvements & Development Work with the Director of Ecommerce to establish ongoing site optimization, product navigation, changes and enhancements to improve customer journey and experience Conduct ongoing 360-degree audits of the direct-to-consumer experience, ensuring real-time feedback with consumers and ensuring every touch point from purchase through delivery is exceptional Champion best practices across the site and marketing channels Site Insights & Analytics Consistently review, assess, and own KPIs to ensure growth goals are achieved Regularly report and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reporting to key business partners and executives Lead insights to Planning and Creative teams to optimize sales from each area Continuously research and implement new technologies / applications that help improve or optimize the online consumer experience Mobile-first mindset with a strong understanding of ecommerce marketing, direct-to-consumer business, website and Google Analytics Ability to project manage with an understanding of website programming and development Experience creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns including Email, Paid Search / SEO, Advertising, Paid Social Media Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; HTML, CCS, Adobe Suite (Photoshop) a plus. 4+ years’ experience in direct-to-consumer online marketing Strong analytic and project management skills.
