Manage User Experience and Flow for website Manage the user experience of the DTC website including site navigation, site refreshes and development, optimizations, content development, and the checkout funnel. Leadership and Teamwork Define, create, and deliver the vision, business plan, roadmap, and key metric objectives for the expansion of US website Work closely with Marketing and Product Development to ensure successful new product launches on US website Support our omni-channel growth efforts by providing the organization with ecommerce or digital marketing learnings that can translate to partner sites. Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities including Technical Requirements): Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in ecommerce/digital marketing management and leadership roles within a consumer product driven company. Seek to understand data and insights to drive action and support strategy with data driven insights.
