ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR

This position will support all AM Retail Group eCommerce websites (DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, Andrew Marc, Wilsons Leather, G.H. Ensure customer satisfaction through management of fulfill rate reporting for AM Retail Group digital businesses Proactively identify opportunities for analysis to support business activities Identify potential areas of friction within customer journey on sites to help improve performance Work closely with partners across many retail functions - distribution center, planning, marketing, finance, customer service - to identify opportunities for analysis Analyze competitor landscape for each brand and report on ways we can improve our experience Manage 3rd party vendor reporting to identify key areas of opportunity (site recommendations, triggered emails, customer reviews, survey feedback) Support management in ad hoc projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Business major preferred) Basic knowledge of HTML Experience or internship in retail and eCommerce platforms a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize through multiple projects Ability to learn and navigate through many systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of website development processes a plus AM Retail Group, a division of G-III Apparel Group.
