This role is for a small, private, and independently owned business looking for a long-term commitment from an individual that is enthusiastic, motivated, and can pay attention to detail and grow with the business’s future endeavors. We are a small team, so everyone helps out where they can. This position has room to grow as the business grows. Job Description Facilitate daily product and warehouse associated business activities encompassed around the entire fulfillment process for items sold and managed through various types of e-commerce software (e.g. Shopify and FashionGo). • Process customer returns in a timely manner • Design room tasks, organize samples, drop off cut to sample sewer and samples to pattern maker Hours (*) • Regular Shift: Monday through Thursday, Start Time 9AM-1pm 4hrs (sometimes 5hrs depending on need) Qualifications • Fashion experience & Customer Service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
