Design Your Future at PVHE-Mail Marketing Specialist - PVH Corp.POSITION SUMMARY: The Email Marketing Specialist is a role on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team, based in-house team under the Retail Division of Heritage Brands (currently Van Heusen, IZOD, Speedo USA, Warner’s, Olga by Warner’s, & True & Co). Collaborating with the Marketing, Creative, and IT departments, the team delivers support for offline and online initiatives.The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the daily execution of marketing and triggered emails, SMS, drive personalization across channels, track key metrics on an ongoing basis, derive insights from results and share recommendations with the broader digital team.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Execute day-to-day operational tasks to support email & SMS marketing programs, from creative setup and HTML coding to testing/QA and deployment via email service provider platformCreate and maintain automated, personalized campaigns to drive loyalty and engagementCollaborate with key stakeholders within Heritage Marketing teams to ensure all design solutions and creative assets meet deadlines and objectivesProactively resolve problems and troubleshoot in order to keep work flow on schedule and escalate higher level conflicts to manager for resolutionResponsible for the design and update of responsive email templates, utilizing HTML and CSS to drive targeted content optimized for the user’s deviceTrack key engagement metrics (deliverability, opens, clicks, unsubscribes) and report on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends and opportunitiesSet up A/B test and learn campaigns (subject line, creative, layout, copy, etc.) Experience in setting up digital marketing journeys, data-driven contextual campaigns and personalization a plusSkilled in HTML (specifically related to email mobile responsive templates) & SQL languagesAptitude to think outside-the-box to solve problems and improve processesPassionate about gathering, analyzing and leveraging performance data to both identify optimization and new opportunities for growth.Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and PhotoshopProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointRun ongoing testing initiatives and identify marketing opportunitiesImplement ad-hoc projects as necessary while maintaining delivery of on-going projects and key performance indicatorsAbility to work with multiple cross functional partners including IT, creative services, CRM, ecommerce and merchants Careful attention to detail without sacrificing deadlines; the right candidate will be able to juggle several, sometimes conflicting deadlinesProactive contributor with the desire to learn quicklyCan work in fluid environment and meet deadlines with changing prioritiesPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
