E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Working with both agency and internal partners, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the day-to-day performance of digital marketing channels, including Paid Social, Organic Search, Paid Search, Email, Affiliate, Display, Retargeting and some aspects of Social Media. The Marketing Manager will work closely with both the internal and external marketing teams as well as cross-functionally with creative, production, and customer service. · Oversee Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Manage annual budgeting process, as well as monthly forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs. · Maintain Constant Level of Optimization: Constantly seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more. · Oversee Content Creation: Work closely with our Creative Director, Website Coordinator, and Influencer Coordinator to ensure that we produce optimized assets for our various marketing channels · Manage website and marketing creatives: Serve as liaison for website development projects and work with for website banner approvals · Manage our PR agency: Ensure the PR team is fully leveraged, on brand, aligned with our promotional and collection schedule and track their performance Requirements: · 8+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably ecommerce or retail, with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth · Experience growing a business and market share · Strongly KPI oriented: acquisition, conversion, ROI · Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and innovatively · Exceptional understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and analytics, especially paid search, organic search, affiliate, display, retargeting, email and social · Experience with and knowledge of mobile marketing and mobile trends · Experience managing agency relationships · Experience developing and executing robust marketing campaigns and partnerships to drive acquisition · Robust quantitative skills including forecasting ability and ROI analyses – demonstrated ability to apply logical thought process to problem solving and deliver recommendations · Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver · Excellent presentation, project management, and communication skills · Proficient MS office user, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint · Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other web metric systems · Forward-thinking, high energy with a positive can-do attitude · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
