E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER

There is an immediate opening for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager on Kipling. This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing plans to drive traffic and sales for Kipling-usa.com across all digital channels while optimizing the productivity of the media spend in relation to ecommerce sales. Responsibilities •Oversee paid and non-paid digital marketing channels including the development of comprehensive marketing strategy and forecasts in line with brand revenue, traffic and ROI goals •Responsible for channel performance analysis, reporting and insights to improve marketing program effectiveness and identification of performance trends •Manage SEM, Affiliate and Display agency relationships in line with brand strategic and financial goals •Responsible for creation and management of digital marketing budget •Should be subject matter expert in all things digital marketing related, aware of the latest industry information, trends and opportunities •Ability to build business cases to explore and test new marketing channels •Collaborate with Creative to develop creative assets and collateral for digital marketing campaigns •Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions •Work closely with other Ecommerce team members to ensure plans are strategically aligned and business needs are met Desired Skills and Experience •The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns for a brand, retailer or agency •Should be: intellectually curious, performance and data driven, a strong collaborator, a problem-solver and a strong written and verbal communicator •Experience building sales forecasts aligned with website targets including traffic, conversion and AOV KPIs •In depth knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe, as well as SEM platforms such as Google and Bing Ads •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and meet deadlines •Ability and desire to take charge of projects to drive business results within and across channels •Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally in order to get things done •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) -- strong proficiency with Excel a plus •Experience managing SEM, Affiliate and Display agencies •Understanding of global marketing and digital landscape •Experience with social media and marketplace advertising a plus
