Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and update all site content on Shopify platforms, including preparing product photos using PhotoshopGrow site and achieve e-commerce sales goals, including ability to utilize analytics and insightsMarket and optimize sites. Work with Brand Manager on creative assets for ad placements on Google, Facebook/Instagram and updates on Google My Business. Customer support and rapid issue resolutionSales order fulfillment including packing and shipping online orders as soon as they come in Manage individual product photo shoots for webOther duties as assigned by the Executive Team REQUIREMENTSOne year minimum digital marketing/e-commerce management experience – retail industrypreferredBachelor's DegreeProficient in social platforms including Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads and Google My Business management Proficiency in Shopify preferred or equivalent e-commerce platform Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Proficient in business-related computer software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel)Extremely detail orientedExcellent analytical and reasoning skillsUp to date with latest digital technologies & social media trends
