TEMP TO PERM POSITION Personal Fears (@personalfears) is a jewelry / lifestyle brand based in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We design high quality yet affordable rings, chains, pendants, bracelets, apparel and accessories exclusively for discerning Gen Z consumers. We are looking to hire a part-time worker / creative to handle our e-commerce / b2b fulfillment duties; with massive growth opportunities in content creation. Our ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the following systems: Shopify order processing and fulfillment Adobe Creative Suite (mainly photoshop, ideally ps, il, pr) Excel / google sheets Customer service experience Requirements include: PUNCTUALITY Knowledge of Gen Z trends and fashion Ability to lift 50+ pounds when required 3 days a week (ideally m,w,f, with ability to expand to full time) Fast learner with the ability to admit mistakes (they will happen) Duties will include, but are not limited to: Fulfillment of all e-commerce orders Bagging and tagging of retail orders (which can number in the thousands) Sorting and organization of inventory Heat press operation Daily communication with usps / ups / fedex DHL Management of product inventory / online restocking Coordinating with customer service at all times Now the fun stuff: In addition to daily fulfillment work, we are looking for an exceptionally creative person who is looking to grow into a full time content creation roll. Will know how to, or be willing to learn photo / video production and product styling.
