(Beston Shoes) is a premiere online fashion destination for trendy footwear, including shoes, heels, boots, sandals, etc. Conducting business through e-commerce platforms introduces different complexities to our operations including how we reach potential customers and market our products in a highly competitive industry. Thus, our company needs the services of a Customer Service/Sales Representative to coordinate our current marketing programs and campaigns to ensure that these will increase brand recognition and sales across various e-commerce platforms. The representative will make daily calls to new and current customers in order to maximize our company’s profits while meeting customers’ expectations.
