Ecommerce Customer Service Timely respond to and resolve ecommerce customer service requests; Report on and analyze customer service metrics Identify customer service issues for resolution by other departments; e.g. production, design Engage with and leverage committed and/or influential fan communities; Elicit and implement tools for collecting customer feedback Provide personal shopping and other value add service to ecommerce customers • 2-3 years of e-commerce customer service, with thorough understanding of online retailing
