E-Commerce Coordinator / Customer Service

Women’s apparel company is seeking a responsible individual to handle day-to-day customer service and fulfillment operations for eCommerce division. Lola & Sophie (www.LolaandSophie.com) is a small but rapidly growing company located in NYC’s garment center. The perfect candidate is an effective multitasker, a problem solver, can work independently, and coordinate fulfillment efforts with other team members while providing high quality customer service to website customers. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Field calls from website customers, address issues, assist with returns and exchanges, and product recommendations Respond to customer service and return/exchange email inquiries Operate website backend system to ensure all orders are completed Coordinate back-order and pre-order shipments as goods arrive Verifying outgoing packages have been correctly picked and packed Assist with pick and pack fulfillment when needed Product entry through website backend Process returned goods, entering exchange and new customer orders Requirements: Computer proficiency is a must Magento or comparable e-commerce platform experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service experience ERP / shipping software experience Fashion industry experience This is a full-time position.
