E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

Accessories Company in NYC is looking for E-Commerce Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in ecommerce and social media preferably in fashion industry. Responsibilities: Assist in all aspects of the brand websites through Shopify; including item setup, merchandising multiple categories across multiple websites, execution of banners, sales promotions, specialty shops and links, and maintaining SEO best practices Administer customer service inquiries related to our brand website and our major retail partners. Assist with online marketing plans, including website development while establishing and maintaining brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and e-mail campaigns Organize and manage online review program to ensure all styles have reviews and syndicate to our partner E-tailers Utilize and partner with teams at Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews, Google, Springbot to grow online presence Assist with E-tailer business through coordinating assortments and promotions Regularly audit product listings across all sites to ensure quality is maintained Research, propose, and implement new functionality that can optimize customer experience while increasing sales/traffic Previous backend/coding website development a plus Photo retouching, graphic design, and photography skills needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of related E-commerce and Social Media experience Shopify/Springbot experience preferred Google Analytics - preferred Must have an exceptional attention to detail and highly organized within a fast paced, dynamic environment Strong capacity for multi-tasking, working independently and time management Must be highly collaborative Must have strong communication skills Please email a copy of your resume with your salary requirements.
