Job Description Overview: The position is for the E-commerce Coordinator for The Foundation’s FDS USA division. Primary responsibilities for this role will be to engage and answer customer inquiries through various channels for the multiple brands under the FDS umbrella. • Set up and import new products by gathering information and adjusting description for proper grammar and SEO purposes. • Work alongside marketing team to for upcoming drops to plan and execute mailers and other marketing initiatives. • Engage customers in live chat conversations on desktop application to resolve customer service inquiries, if applicable for assigned brands.
