Pants Store is looking for a full-time E-Commerce Associate to join our team in Birmingham!

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed. You’ll be a hands on part of our online business helping get orders out the door, adding new products to our website, and making sure our online customers have a great experience.

What You'll Do

Pull, process, package, and ship online ordersAdd new products to our website and keep product information up to dateHelp keep e-commerce inventory and merchandise organizedRespond to customer questions about orders, products, shipping, returns, and availabilityHelp troubleshoot order issues when they come upWork with the rest of the Pants Store team to keep things running smoothlyPitch in on other e-commerce projects and tasks as needed
