E-COMMERCE & MARKETING MANAGER - Part Time - Remote - $20-$25/HR

BUTTER SHOES is seeking an E-commerce & PR/Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for our footwear brands, as well as reaching out to fashion and consumer publications, bloggers, and websites, on a daily basis to ensure continual editorial and product placement. This is an extensive role which will involve everything from daily product updating on our Shopify websites, strategic marketing, product optimization, email marketing campaigns, advertising strategies and execution on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be up to date with the latest e-commerce solutions that promote revenue growth, improve customer loyalty, streamline business processes, to contribute to the growth of the e-commerce channel. Develop, manage, and drive traffic and revenue to our e-commerce sites (including campaign strategy, analysis, and execution) Partner closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure products are optimized with photography, content, specs, and pricing data, among other detail Manage Shopify e-commerce environment, including: Website merchandising and maintenance, updating banners, discount and promotion initiatives, new product uploads, inventory maintenance, and serving as the main point od contact for site administration Work directly with management to develop and grow user engagement strategies, and maintain brand image/tone across all platforms Create and manage a Customer Loyalty program include acquisition, retention, and offers Serve as the liaison between e-commerce channel partners and the company, managing product postings, launches, promotions, and general presence on EDI partner websites Work directly with the owners to develop and grow user engagement strategies, Identify trends in the market, marketing and business practices, and in technology through research and find new ways to capitalize on the ever-changing landscape Develop and manage an affiliate and ambassador program Launch and maintain shop on Amazon to sell the company products Email Campaign Planning, Strategy, and Execution: Develop high-quality, dynamic, and responsive emails create content that works across different browsers and email programs and maintain an email release calendar, grow email subscriber list Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including advertising on Face Book, Instagram, Google, etc.
