E-comm CSR - Remote

A beauty brand conglomerate is seeking a full time, remote customer service agent to manage all e-commerce inquiries. The ideal person would have a background within the beauty industry. You would need to have experience implementing processes and procedures for brand standards. Including creating and maintaining training documents and handbooks. Managing financial disputes and chargebacks are also a big part of the job.
