You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve operational excellence by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in specialty/apparel retail management with a proven track record of leading teams to success and delivering strong sales performance. You must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations, environments, and challenges while maintaining an effective line of communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
