In this role, the DVP, HRBP will be responsible for leading the HRBP team in the execution of all HR functions such as: organization design, employee relations, talent management, change management and compensation. The Director will also serve as a forward-thinking leader, responsible for identifying, developing and implementing key human resources initiatives that will substantially enhance the success of our business.
