The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. This is an hourly position. Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.Apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.Build genuine relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
