As a Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting a delightful customer experience. You'll lead your team in achieving our goals while fostering a culture of innovation and recognition.

Enhance the In-Store Experience: Model and coach store associates to meet sales goals and KPIs.Customer Focus: Strategically manage merchandise and direct inventory to align with customer trends.Digital Services: Leverage both in-store and digital services to meet customer needs effectively.Team Development: Build a diverse team, manage performance, and promote a culture of learning.Fun and Energy: Network and recruit top talent, ensuring a vibrant store atmosphere.Required Skills:

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.Able to build collaborative relationships and inspire a team.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize for financial success.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable leading an operationally sound business with minimal oversight.Must be flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends.Proficient with technology, including registers and mobile devices.Physically able to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 pounds.Experience:
