Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience: • Responsible for elevating the in-store experience by modeling, supervising and coaching associate and support leaders on behaviors that achieve store goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). • Oversees all omni activities in store including but not limited to Charge/Send and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS). • In the absence of a Store Manager, the Co-Manager assumes all responsibilities of the store. • Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/or Market Leader.
