Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented dressmaker/seamstress to assist with high-end garment construction, alterations, and finishing. • Execute clean, professional finishes and hems (including hand finishes) • Perform alterations and custom adjustments with care • Collaborate with the designer on fittings and construction updates • Maintain a clean and organized sewing space • (Bonus) Assist in creating new patterns or sewing prototypes when needed Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in garment construction • Skilled in both machine and hand sewing techniques • Ability to work with delicate and high-end fabrics • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship • Must be punctual, focused, and able to meet deadlines • A calm and professional energy that fits within a spiritual and creative environment Pay: $23.29 - $24.45 per hour
