Door Greeter

At Forman Mills, we are looking for a Door Greeter to join our team and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers. If you’re passionate about customer service and have a strong desire to make our customers’ shopping experience the best it can be, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work in a team environment• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed• Ability to walk, stand, and move around for extended periods of time• Ability to perform assigned duties in a prompt and professional manner• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed • Monitor customer traffic and provide assistance when needed. • Offer assistance with directions and store layout. • Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
