The DMM has a proven track record of strong relationships within the industry and driving their business to new heights. As The VP/DMM, Women's Contemporary You Will: Manage merchandise strategies to maximize sales and profitability (e.g., product development, merchandise selection, assortments and key item development). Lead the development of the open-to buy forecast; ensure that checkbooks are updated in conjunction with the updated, approved Open to Buy.
