District Visual Trainer

We are currently looking for a creative, energetic District Visual Trainer (DVT) to support multiple locations in Raleigh, NC. The DVT will be based out of Crabtree, Raleigh, NC and will ensure that merchandise presentations represent the Company brand and image consistently.

Responsibilities:
• Train in-Store-Merchandisers and store employees in visual presentation standards.
• Successfully complete all related training programs and identify any additional training that maybe required.
• Maintain solid understanding of fashion colors trends and designs.
• Ensure visual direction meets Company standards.
• Implement visual presentation strategies that support business growth
• Analyze merchandise results and create plans to maximize sales.
• Support the effective execution of new store openings and all new store visual rollout initiatives, newsletters, directives etc.

Do you have what it takes?

· Minimum 2 years of visual merchandise experience

· Post-secondary education in fashion arts or fashion related field.

· Must have reliable transportation to travel to different locations regularly

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
