About the position Responsibilities • Create partnership with Store Managers to implement overall store action plans to drive key performance indicators (KPI's) and advance results around talent, operations, merchandising, financial and customer aspects of the business. • Develop weekly and monthly action plans; prioritize activities for store. • Knowledgeable in current policy, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the stores within the district and the organization. • Personally model a positive customer experience during all store visits, ensuring the customer always takes priority.
