District Manager - Hybrid

We are currently looking for a qualified candidate in one of the following locations: Austin, TX // Denver, CO // Dallas, TX // Nashville, TN // Raleigh, NC At anna bé and a&bé we provide a bridal shopping experience brought to you by lovers of fashion and people! Oversee 6-7 different a&bé and anna bé store locations Support stores to meet & exceed performance goals & sales goals Hire and train a team of growth-oriented store managers Work closely with the store managers to identify high potential employees and develop rewarding career paths for them Ensure all stores are driving an amazing client experience and help resolve customer issues as needed Ensure merchandise quality by partnering with our designers on QC issues escalated by store managers Ensure a high level of detailed and proactive communication with our customers Help the teams build loyal customer relationships and make recommendations to improve the customer experience and drive growth Assist with payroll Communicate all designer and company updates to the stores The District Manager will ensure that every shop in their territory is visited between 6-12 months based on the Tier of the store.
