Support the District Manager with administrative logistics, including precise payroll management and daily scheduling adjustments.Serve as a primary point of contact for store leadership, assisting with opening/closing tasks and ensuring site security.Lead the charge on the sales floor by mentoring associates and optimizing the checkout process to keep customer wait times low.Audit department standards to ensure all merchandise is correctly priced, tagged, and organized for a premium shopping experience.Promote a culture of safety and loss prevention by monitoring for hazards and upholding strict security protocols.Coordinate back-of-house activities, from organizing the stockroom to overseeing the intake of new shipments.Maintain the integrity of the fitting room area through regular audits and efficient restocking of returned items.Prepare financial documentation and bank deposits with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
