Responsible for managing replenishment, order allocation, pick/pack and shipping of finished goods for the Estee Lauder Brand. \- Ensure that monthly shipping targets and order cycle times are met \- Ensure the successful performance of Melville operations against financial budgets. \- Budgetary responsibility for all non inventory supplies. \- Document and track all launch activity.
