As the Director, Design & Development for Talent and Change, you will lead a team of 14+ designers that are responsible for creating content, experiences, programs and trainings for Target’s Learning & Development, Talent Management, Team Member Experience, Culture & Change functions. You will focus on developing skills, modalities, media and content in support of world-class learning and development solutions inclusive of (not limited to) instructional design, eLearning development, experience design, program design, visual design, voice, content design, media design and development. 8+ years of demonstratable experience in roles such as human resources, learning & development, instructional design, human-centered design, talent management or culture Experience in adult learning principles, learning design and theories
