Senior Manager, Supply Network Optimization will be responsible for developing a supply network topology that achieves business goals by optimizing the supply network based on capabilities, lead time, costs and resilience. Drive the continuous optimization of end to end supply chain network across the North America business units with focus on hero and key programs Develop strategic frameworks for optimization of supply network from L2/3 suppliers to distribution centers, product flow, inventory strategy, and transportation Develop and deliver leading-edge concepts for optimizing the supply chain using mathematical techniques Work across business leaders to prioritize and develop a deployment plan for the future network and responsiveness models Develop and execute an operating cadence that drives a culture of continuous optimization within supply and operations team Build a network of internal and external stakeholders to seek out innovation and anticipate future business needs. 3+ years of experience managing and leading a supply chain analytics team focused on optimization efforts in a retail, transportation, or similar company.
