We are responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. The Director of Space Analytics & Insights will create and implement the future state of enterprise space analytics for the Space, Presentation & Transitions team, determining how analytics will be use to drive decisions that result in enterprise financial gains. You will develop the strategic approach to space allocation based on our ever-changing environment, and determine how analytics, insights and our allocation decisions will be incorporated in each of our new teams. You will lead and develop a team of 15+ while providing strategic direction, coaching and training with a focus on making the right localized decisions for all stores. You will partner with Senior Vice President leaders across Store Planning and Design, Space and Presentation, Finance, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Enterprise Strategy to ensure Target’s strategies come to live through space.
