Macy's is seeking a Director of Social Media Publishing & Strategy. This role will lead the communication & creative strategy across all social platforms. The position will report to the Senior Director Customer Strategy & Engagement. Essential Functions: \- Collaborate with leaders of other disciplines within Macy's to bring to life the process and engine to fuel an always on publishing effort across major social media platforms. \- Exceptional data storyteller with outstanding presentation skills and a marketing mindset, able to distill complex data sets into tangible and actionable insights.Work Hours: \- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
