A role in Sourcing means having a hand in developing products that have a positive impact on people and the planet. You’ll be a close point-of-contact with Target team members in sourcing offices located in 20 countries around the globe, and you’ll support their work as liaisons among buyers, product developers and overseas partners. As a Director Responsible Sourcing Policy and Governance, you will define the strategy and policies and lead your team to deepen engagement between Responsible Sourcing and teams across Owned Brand Sourcing and Development, Target and our business partners to ensure teams have the knowledge needed to drive responsible sourcing practices. You and your team will work to ensure that responsible sourcing messaging and training is consistent across Target for our business partners. You and your team will collaborate closely with the Responsible Sourcing Business Integration and the Oversight and Remediation teams on execution of responsible sourcing programs.
