The Director of Program Management is responsible for taking the products, resources, tools, processes, and services created in the Global Talent COE and ensuring they establish broad awareness, engagement, adoption and measurement of implementation in the regions. This individual is responsible for ensuring a consistent understanding and adoption of PVH’s Global Talent Philosophy, Strategy and major programs. This individual will have working knowledge as a Talent practitioner, with experience in one or more areas of Talent Management, Talent Development, Data and Insights, Facilitation and Organizational Effectiveness. 10+ years of experience in training program design, development, and implementation, inclusive of in-person, virtual, digital, video-based, micro, and simulation-based learning; experience in leadership development preferred These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
