The Director of Product partners with business stakeholders, engineering, executive leadership and SPARC peers brands to drive innovation and optimization of Forever 21’s digital business. As a leader in the Digital Product and Technology organization the Director of Product Management will be accountable for driving value through the product backlog, prioritization of initiatives and leading the ongoing development of a world class product organization. Own development, communication and coordination of product roadmap and feature development for the Forever21 and SPARC organizations. Must have at least 10-12 years of experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, digital product management, or project management. Experience working with or leading User Experience teams or User Interface Designers.
