About the Job \- Provide vision to develop the demand and supply forecasting capabilities \- Oversee project delivery for all Trinity AI-based models / deliverables with data science team \- Build continued maintenance of models in production from a business certification perspective \- Grow team capabilities to help achieve accurate forecasts \- Provide management updates on program status and benefits tracking \- Partner with leaders of Demand and Supply Planning to increase adoption \- Partner with Forecasting organizations across other regions to share and implement best practicesKey Results: \- Accurate Trinity predictions that the business can use \- Guidance and feedback loop back to the data science team to guide better DS deliverables \- New AI capability definition \- Maintain existing AI models \- Understanding of user problems and feedback to inform the Trinity roadmap \- Manage data product management teamComplexity and Accountability: \- Achieve results through teamwork - is open to diverse ideas, work inclusively and collaboratively, hold self and others accountable, involves others to accomplish personal and team goals \- Lead change and new ideas - embrace technology, put forward creative ideas, champions and implement process improvements, gather the ideas of others, show good judgment about which ideas will work \- Lead through positive influence - expresses strong character; build partnerships; models a conscious balance between work and personal life; take personal responsibility for own development; role models leadership qualities such as inspiration, passion and trust \- Communicates effectively and candidly - communicates clearly and directly, relates well to others, engage people and helps them understand change, provides and looks for feedback, articulates clearly, actively listens \- Execute with excellence - is action-oriented, drives for results, set clear expectations and milestones, reviews progress, act decisively, solves problems, can be counted on to meet goals \- Coach others - develops and care about associates, build teams, help people be their best, values and manage diversity, provides candid and constructive feedback \- Provide clear and strategic direction - organizes well, set a clear and simple course of action, stays focused on the most important priorities, can visualize and plan for the future, understands the industry and marketplace
