Director, Operations

Lead the direction of both Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring they meet or surpass targets such as Units Per Hour (UPH), Cartons Per Unit (CPU), Service on Time (SOT), and Fill Rate goals.Provide coaching and guidance to executive team members and oversee colleague counseling and coaching activities.Ensure departments meet or exceed performance standards in safety, cost control, quality, processing efficiency, reliability, and customer service.Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency across operations.Continuously assess work processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.Cultivate a work culture dedicated to superior customer service.Establish and uphold procedures and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met.Drive and manage organizational growth-related changes.Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to gauge department progress toward goals.Develop training programs and ensure colleague comprehension and adherence.Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.Foster a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.Collaborate with operational leaders to anticipate staffing needs based on volume plans, creating and utilizing staffing tools to adapt to changes in business demand.Perform additional duties, special projects, or assignments as needed.Skills You Will Need Whether you're helping a customer find the perfect gift, streamlining operations in one of our distribution centers, enhancing our online shopping experience, buying in-style and on-trend merchandise to outfit our customers, or designing a balloon for the Thanksgiving Day Parade, we offer unique opportunities to be part of some of the most memorable moments in people's lives.
