Purpose: The Director, Operating Partner Management will lead and steer the brand GTM approach and development of our strategic business plans for our Global Partners. Collaborate with global FTW & APP teams to develop and execute product strategies that deliver against seasonal partner plans as well as identify and deliver new business opportunities to drive growth. An extremely well organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
