The Director will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and leading sales efforts across specialty boutiques, department stores, and off-price retailers. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow revenue across specialty boutiques, department stores, and off-price retailers. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role in the fashion industry. Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive results. In-depth knowledge of the fashion retail industry, particularly women’s apparel, and experience working with department stores and off-price retailers.
