We are looking for a Director, Product & Planning to lead the product development process bar even higher to preserve David’s status as the top Bridal retailer in the industry. This is an incredible opportunity for a strong leader that has strong time-management skills and an analytical mindset. General Summary: The Director, Product & Planning is responsible for leading the product development process, working closely with engineering, UX, and the business teams to capture and document requirements, KPIs, and overall product strategy. They work cross-functionally with these teams to develop and communicate the long-term product strategy, medium and long-term roadmaps, and epic and user-story level detailed requirements for their product on a daily weekly and quarterly basis.
