Translates business strategy into product strategy and defines that roadmap Oversees and manages production of product from beginning to end, driving action throughout the organization to get products to market Writes high-level requirements and works with project team to create project charters and design requirements Uses market research to generate for products that customers desire Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology, and the competition Writes project charters and market requirements documents Works with marketing department to develop core positioning and messaging for the product Sets pricing with management Works with marketing to plan how to market and promote product to the public Performs product demos to customers and develops relationships with key clients Runs trials and beta tests with clients; delivers go to market launch plans Promotes product to sales and client success teams; performs training and communicates key selling features Manages all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues Monitors and collects feedback from internal stakeholders within sales, client success, marketing, and IT Monitors, reports, and improves product performance Represents voice of the client in senior level management meetings Works with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships Delivers regular reports on product usage, new users, active users, and cancels What does the candidate profile look like?
