This role will report directly to our founder/CEO and work closely with her on a daily basis to create and iterate exciting products that accelerate growth and consumer love. • Execute all product development processes from form, fit, and performance to construction, color, style, detail, and cost/value requirements • Manage and provide creative direction to design team. • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement across the Product Development team (and beyond!) • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads to remain on calendar.
