The candidate must have the ability to envision and act to build the structure, technical capability, systems, strategy, partnerships and people to drive its growth path. The Director of Operations will have complete functional responsibility for the supply chain and operations including supply chain strategy, sourcing/procurement, manufacturing, distribution/transportation/logistics, planning, forecasting, quality, engineering and business analytics. Oversee all warehouse procedures, including inventory and shipping operations. This includes identifying opportunities to improve information, organization and processes to improve the company’s bottom line. Driven, hands-on and willing to roll-up sleeves as required in a lean, fast-paced and focused organization.
