Director of Operations

We receive, sort, store, package, and ship B2B and B2C. Currently, BROZ Inc. has an immediate need for a Director of Operations. In addition, the individual in this role will oversee all daily operations of North American distribution centers, ensuring processes and procedures are strictly adhered to. Essential Job Functions: \- Drives and implements operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being, reduce waste and exceed customer expectations \- Oversees the purchasing of materials, manages stock and inventory controls and ensures warehouse efficiency \- Contributes towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives \- Promotes continuous improvement through leadership, guidance and education \- Leads, coaches, and develops talent to support all objectives, operational goals and company growth \- Increases production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards, if the opportunity arises \- Manages budgets and costs in line with the business activities to effectively allocate resources and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results \- Ensures key performance indicators are in place and holds staff accountable to achieve set targets, including production, product quality, and on-time shipping \- Ensures timely and correct internal information flow with other departments within the organization, with the intent of supporting the environment of continuous improvement \- Analyzes process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout to implement changes if and when needed \- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing safety standards and procedures in compliance with the legal regulations \- Forecasts all requirements, analyses variances, and initiates corrective actions where needed \- Understands customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance control processes \- Ensures compliance and documentation with international shipping regulations, as well as with local laws at shipping destinations, to include Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
