Director of Merchandising, Women's Apparel

Tecovas is looking for a Director of Merchandising, Women's Apparel to lead the vision, development, and execution of our women's product line from concept to consumer. Experience we're looking for: 10+ years of experience in women's apparel design, merchandising, or product leadership.Proven experience owning product from concept through production and launch.Experience working with both internal teams and external partners such as licensees, factories, or agents.Strong understanding of fit, fabrication, and garment construction.Ability to balance creative vision with commercial performance.Familiarity with western, heritage, or lifestyle brands Bonus points for experience building or scaling a women's category within a growing brand Important note: We strive to hire values-aligned people because we believe it takes each and all of us to be successful, and lead with grit, speed and a clear vision of where we're headed.
