This role works closely with the stakeholders of the Marketing business domain and supports strategy of their related technology solutions to meet changing business needs.Key Job Responsibilities:• Serves as IT Product Owner for all Marketing related technology solutions• Collaborates with Marketing and related Business Owners to ensure technology solutions align with the company’s operational goals and business needs• Works with other IT Leadership on the design, development/ delivery, and support for integration between the various Marketing systems and operational systems• Owns overall IT project deliveries for the Marketing business domain, overseeing system implementations, configurations, and maintenance of related technology solutions• Collaborates with the Ecommerce Business and Technology Owners in their delivery Ecommerce related digital services• Manages related vendor performance to ensure proper delivery, availability, and reliabilityAdditional Job Responsibilities• Facilitate communications between the business users and the technology team to understand changing business needs and priorities• Participate in planning and developing company-wide IT strategies• Own project/demand prioritization for the Marketing business domain• Own the system implementation, oversee configuration, upgrade and maintenance of technology solutions• Collaborate with other IT solution owners in their provision of necessary services; including but not limited to Technical Infrastructure, eCommerce, and IT Security• Ensure application health within the owned domain, managing upgrades, patches and maintenance processes• Assess application structure, functions, usage along with business processes and provide recommendations to continuously improve efficiency, systems quality and profitability using industry best practices• Support building out best practices and standardization of application management processes• Ensure all Marketing and customer- related systems are compliant with data protection laws and KS IT Security policies and processes• Ensure project and department goals are met within the approved budgetFacilitate hiring and on-boarding of business analysts• Mentor, coach and evaluating direct reports• Manage team performance by performance metrics and standards and conducting performance reviews• Oversee project delivery and operational support, and manage escalations• Provide support to the team to execute organizational goals and deliverables• Support contract management process• Aligns solutions to enterprise information security standards and processes• Monitors technology industry trends to provide input on initiatives appropriate for our business modelQualifications and Skills Required:• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the marketing technology space• Experience implementing digital data platforms/solutions, integrations with digital marketing tools, and analytic solutions• Vendor management skilled; preferably related to sales and marketing• Excellent customer service skills• Passion for solving complex data problems• Works well with a high degree of autonomy• Demonstrated project management experience and background in implementation of multiple software solutions• Worked with multiple, cross-functional business area managers and stakeholders and influenced resolution of conflicting objectives• Experience in key leadership role in successfully delivering technology business solutions and improved business process• Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams• Objective leader, with the ability to make tough decisions and manage delicate situations• Excellent communication skills; able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical audience at all levels of the organization• Collaborative and effective at building consensus across the organization• Strong problem solver, innovative and solution oriented• Easily adaptable to fast paced, ever-changing environmentPreferred:• Retail environment experience is a plus, but not required• Experience in both using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies• Experience in implementing Loyalty; preferably with Oracle CE• Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation and related technologies including Salesforce, CRM, CDP (Amplify), and analytics platforms (Google)• Experience with (inbound) Contact Center capabilities; preferably with Manhattan• Solutions Architecture experience; particularly in the Marketing technology space• Experience working with cloud-based solutions• Experience with data visualization, analytic tools, reporting and dashboarding, cloud-based data platforms and machine learning capabilities
