Overview Buttercloth, “The World’s Most Comfortable Shirt” appeared on Shark Tank last season and made a deal with Robert Herjavec. Now we are one of the fastest growing men’s fashion brands. At Buttercloth we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing team. Objectives Build and execute a hypergrowth-oriented marketing plan with a sustainable omni-channel marketing strategy, including revenue forecasting Define, report and manage KPIs related to marketing efficacy and ROI Ensure all marketing materials provide a consistent and clear message of brand position and tone of voice for each consumer segment Drive strategy, budget and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch points Develop a close working relationship with the founders to ensure a shared vision Manage internal and outside resources to maximize effectiveness of organic social and user reviews Design, create and develop co-branding, influencer, and ambassador partnerships and marketing plans Work closely with Design team to influence the merchandising roadmap Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a marketing leadership role within the DTC apparel space, with a strong focus on eCommerce Experience growing a brand to a strong market position and significant revenues Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
