The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. This position is responsible for managing Human Resources (HR) activities, as well as HR programs and policies that directly relate to distribution center (DC) operations. Provide leadership to the assigned distribution center Collaborate with the HR Support Teams to ensure appropriate and consistent tools and processes for recruiting, selecting, on-boarding and orienting team members Ensure the implementation of training and development programs in order to enhance the capabilities and performance of team members. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. 10+ years of HR experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
